About Anzen Safety & Training

The Anzen Story

At Anzen Safety & Training, we believe workplace safety is more than a skill - it’s a responsibility. Our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission: to make safety and compliance more than just a checkbox. We set out to create solutions that are practical, engaging, and, most importantly, effective in real-world situations.

Today, Anzen is a leader in WHS consulting, safety systems, and workplace training. We work with organisations across Australia to assess risks, close compliance gaps, and deliver training that equips people with the knowledge and confidence to act when it matters most.

What sets us apart? Our team brings extensive experience from health and safety, emergency services, and leadership roles. We don’t just work from a manual, we draw on real-world experience to deliver solutions that fit your workplace. Whether it’s implementing a psychosocial safety plan, leading a site safety audit, or running an interactive first aid session, everything we do is grounded in practical outcomes.

Beyond training, we provide businesses with Sustainable Safety and Leadership programs; comprehensive solutions that assess current practices, close compliance gaps, and foster a long-term culture of safety. Our approach ensures you don’t just meet WHS requirements, but also create a workplace where people feel protected, valued, and ready for the unexpected.

At Anzen, we’re more than just trainers; we’re your partners in WHS and safety culture. Whether you’re seeking to strengthen compliance, build leadership capability, or enhance preparedness for emergencies, we’re here to provide the systems, skills, and confidence you need to protect your people and your business.

Because when it comes to safety, preparation makes all the difference.

Our Approch to WHS and Safety Culture

At Anzen Safety & Training, we believe that workplace health and safety isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about embedding a culture where safety becomes second nature for everyone. Our approach combines practical compliance solutions with real-world leadership coaching, helping organisations move beyond paperwork to create safer, more engaged workplaces.

We partner with you to understand your operations, industry pressures, and risk profile. This allows us to design WHS systems and processes that are easy to use, compliant with Australian legislation, and tailored to your team’s capabilities. From day one, our focus is on creating a safety culture that works in practice, not just in theory.

Practical and Compliant Systems

We translate complex WHS legislation into clear, achievable actions tailored to your business. Our systems are built for everyday use; sustainable, efficient, and designed to meet compliance without slowing down operations.

Leadership and Team Engagement

A strong safety culture starts with leadership commitment and extends through every level of the business. We equip leaders and teams with the skills, confidence, and accountability to make safety a shared responsibility, ensuring it’s valued, not just mandated.

Integrated Risk Management

We address physical, operational, and human factors together, embedding them into one cohesive risk management plan. This includes emerging compliance areas such as psychosocial safety, ensuring you meet legislative requirements while safeguarding your people’s wellbeing.

By embedding WHS into the way your people think, communicate, and act, we help you reduce incidents, improve productivity, and protect your most valuable asset — your people.
